Here are a few things Splash Physiotherapists do:
- use family centred practice to conduct initial assessments and develop goals with a family
- complete formal assessments using outcome measures
- provide quality, goal directed, individual physiotherapy:
- aquatic physiotherapy (at private swimming schools in Moonee Ponds and Greensborough, or a wheelchair accessible pool where needed)
- land physiotherapy (at the family’s home, education, sport or recreation setting)
- running sports and recreation intensives
- assess for, trial, prescribe and train in equipment use (eg. mobility, manual handling)
- write reports to communicate with health and education teams, report to funding bodies, assist transition to kinder or school
- use our core values to inform your practice
- develop respectful, cooperative partnerships with families from diverse backgrounds, their health and education teams, and your colleagues
- celebrate small efforts and exciting achievements
- have the opportunity to actively participate in professional development and mentoring
Splash Physiotherapy offers:

Requirements:
- physiotherapy registration with AHPRA
- current CPR, Working with Children Check, police check
- willing to participate in our pool rescue training
- driver’s license and your own car to travel between visits
