Our state-of-the-art facility is conveniently located at Sydney Olympic Park and is the growing base for our work with elite emerging athletes, local sports teams and people, organisations and leading Olympic and professional athletes.

We are looking for a Sports Physiotherapist who is highly motivated to work with athletes and passionate sports people to achieve in their profession or preferred sport.

We are looking for someone who wants to become a leader in sports performance and performance physiotherapy, helping to continually find performance improvements and ways to better integrate our physiotherapy team with the rest of our high-performance structure.

This role will challenge and reward in equal measures – we are able to provide a great opportunity, facility and access to some truly dedicated athletes and fellow team members but be sure that we are looking for a talented hard worker who can add both high-performance and business development experience to our team.

Primary Purpose of Position

To provide world’s best sports physiotherapy services to Precision Athletica athletes and assist in the development of an ever improving high-performance structure across the business.

Role & Responsibilities

The Sports Physiotherapist will provide:

  • Full body assessments of athletes to determine what may be limiting their sports performance
  • Enhance athlete performance
  • Develop relationships with sporting organisations, coaches and referrers
  • Develop content to educate athletes on sporting performance
  • Drive the development and implementation of an improved high-performance structure

The successful candidate will have

  • Completed or currently undertaking a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy
  • Experience in the sporting industry/sports club/high-performance environment
  • Be open to transforming our industry
  • A commitment to quality, development and growth
  • Enthusiasm to learn
  • A commitment to professional development and knowledge in the areas of athletic preparation, monitoring and recovery
  • Be detail focussed
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Willingness to pitch in and help the team with any and all required tasks
  • Experience building a case load and meeting a variety of KPI’s including those around business growth and patient retention
